Consultation

It all starts with a conversation. We welcome and encourage our potential clients to express their ideas, ask questions and state their necessities when discussing projects. This conversation is casual and serves as a barometer of your interests and individual taste. It is our job as professionals to provide you with option that highlight these interests, while also introducing ideas you may not have considered. An estimate will be given at this point, or shortly after, to continue onto the next step.

Comprehension

Once the consultation has been had we will start digesting all the information. During this time we may present the client with follow questions regarding materials, color preferences, ect. Our professional design associate will begin sewing the many ideas together into one tightly woven and captivating plan.

Design

At this point in the process our team will have a well developed concept that we will prepare for presentation. There will be an additional meeting to go over the details of the design and how they would translate into installation. There will also be opportunity to make revisions to the design, should the client wish to see changed or additional features.
